🇸🇪 A La Carte Chefs — Sweden (Urgent Start), EU citizens only

This is a full-on summer season role at a destination resort. Service volumes are high, the menu spans several styles, and the team works closely together to keep everything moving. The ideal candidate is someone who's already done a season at a larger hotel and is comfortable moving between stations as the night demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•       Run a la carte service across multiple stations — banquets, grill, pizza

•       Support the pastry chef as needed

•       Maintain quality, timing, and consistency through high-volume service

•       Work cleanly and efficiently in a busy summer kitchen

•       Collaborate with the kitchen brigade on prep, mise en place, and service flow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•       Solid hotel kitchen experience is a must — at least one full season at a larger hotel

•       Experience working across multiple stations (grill, pizza, banquet, pastry support)

•       Speed, consistency, and a calm head during high-volume service

•       Hygiene awareness and HACCP working knowledge

•       Fluent English (Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus)

•       EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Sweden

•       Available for an immediate start through to mid-September

WHAT WE OFFER

•       €2,500–3,000 net per month (after tax) — depending on experience and hours

•       Accommodation provided locally, covered by the agency — no rent deducted from salary

•       Summer season contract: immediate start through mid-September

•       A destination resort setting in Sweden — high standards, professional kitchen

•       A friendly, experienced kitchen team
