Job description
Soprana Personell Norway regularly receives confidential mandates from hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups across Scandinavia looking for experienced F&B Managers — often before any public search begins. Who we work with
We're building relationships with experienced F&B Managers — and senior Assistant F&B Managers ready for their next step — who bring:
Solid, demonstrable experience leading F&B operations in hotels, resorts, or quality restaurant groups
A track record of P&L responsibility, team leadership, and supplier or menu development
Comfort working in international, multi-language environments (English is the working language across most Scandinavian operations)
Openness to opportunities across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland — we'll discuss what fits
