Our client is a unique glass lodge resort located in the heart of Northern Norway, offering unforgettable experiences surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and the magic of the Arctic. Their concept blends comfort, unique experiences, and nature — creating a truly special place to stay and work.

This is not your typical reception role — it's a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll be at the center of the guest experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional way

• Transport luggage and food to guest accommodations

• Prepare guest experiences, including making fires and serving in traditional settings (lavvu)

• Follow procedures while confidently making decisions when needed

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for:

• Social, outgoing, and confident personality

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations

• Organized and flexible mindset

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

• Valid driving license (category B)

• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions

• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Norway is a must, we do not provide sponsorship or work permits.

• A Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and previous experience in Nordic winter conditions are an advantage but not a requirement

• Experience living or working in Nordic winter conditions is an asset

What We Offer:

• Salary: 35,000 NOK per month

• On-site accommodation: 3,000 NOK per month
