🇳🇴 Night Receptionist — Hotel in Norway (Urgent Start)

We're hiring a Night Receptionist for a Norwegian hotel set in scenic surroundings, with the chance to live and work right alongside Norwegian nature. The role starts as soon as possible.

This is the kind of position where the night belongs to you — quiet, calm, and independent — with a small share of guest interaction, light operational tasks, and the satisfaction of keeping the property running smoothly while everyone else sleeps. Many people who start in this role stay long-term.

What you'll do:

• Cover night-shift reception independently (the role is primarily night shifts)

• Around 20% of your time on late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest queries

• Light cleaning of the lobby and preparation of the breakfast and conference rooms for the morning team

• Other operational tasks as needed to keep the night running smoothly

• Help maintain a calm, professional, and safe environment.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in hotel reception or hospitality (restaurant or similar)

• Strong English, both written and spoken

• Confident working independently overnight — the role is solo for most of the shift

• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once

• Comfortable committing to a minimum of 4 months at the hotel (most people stay longer)

• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Norway

What we offer:

• Gross salary: 35,000 – 36,000 NOK/month

• Accommodation provided 3800 NOK/month, single room, food provided locally 2600 NOK/month.

• Long-term potential — many night receptionists with this client stay for years, the contract is until December.
