🇳🇴 Reception Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to join our unique glass lodge resort in Northern Norway from July until End of April. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys working with people from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reception operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead, motivate, and direct the front office team.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments.

• Adapt quickly to changing situations and operational needs.

• Meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently, often under pressure.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a reception or hospitality management role.

• Is naturally friendly, sociable, and enjoys interacting with people.

• Has strong leadership and team management skills.

• Is confident, persuasive, and an excellent communicator.

• Can think on their feet and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Is energetic, fast-paced, and embraces change.

• Maintains a high level of professional presentation.

• Pays attention to detail while still being flexible and autonomous.

• Can balance following procedures with independent decision-making.
