Soprana Personell Norge regularly receives confidential mandates from hotels, restaurant groups, fine dining venues, and destination operators across Scandinavia looking for experienced Restaurant Managers — often before any public search begins. Job requirements

Who we work with

We're building relationships with experienced Restaurant Managers — and strong Assistant Restaurant Managers ready for their next step — who bring:

  • Solid, demonstrable experience leading front-of-house operations in quality restaurants, hotel restaurants, or destination venues

  • A track record of running service to a high standard, leading floor and bar teams, and managing covers, revenue, and guest experience

  • Comfort with budgeting, scheduling, supplier relationships, and the operational backbone of a restaurant

  • Confidence in international, multi-language environments (English is the working language across most Scandinavian operations)

  • Openness to opportunities across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland — we'll discuss what fits

  • EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in the Scandinavian country where the role would be based
