Snowmobile Guide — Tromsø, Northern Norway (winter season 2026/27)

We are looking for an experienced snowmobile guide for the winter season with a destination operator just outside Tromsø — to lead small groups on safaris through Arctic terrain from mid-November 2026 to early April 2027.

This is a hands-on position on-site with a small team delivering a high-quality guest experience in deep Arctic conditions. Safety, presence, and the ability to make each tour personal are key.

What you do

• Lead small groups on snowmobile safaris through Arctic terrain

• Deliver safety briefings and drive tours to a smooth, high standard

• Take care of guests' safety and comfort throughout the tour

• Share local knowledge — nature, wildlife, Arctic culture — in a way that makes the experience personal.

What we are looking for

• Valid Norwegian snowmobile license — requirement

• Practical snowmobile experience from guiding or working in cold outdoor environments

• Good knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian — requirement, for team coordination and operational communication

• Fluent English — requirement, for guest briefings, safety information, and storytelling along the way

• Valid EU driving license (category B)

• Strong safety mindset and good teamwork skills

• Accustomed to working in cold Arctic conditions

• EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Norway

What we offer

• Salary: 35,000 NOK per month gross
